Couple: Jennifer & David
Date: 29th August, 2015
Location: Sydney, NSW
Venue: Camden Valley Inn
Wedding cinematography allows us to film happy couples in beautiful locations. Camden, located in the Macarthur region of Sydney, unfurled brilliant blue skies and sparkling rays of sunshine for the wedding of Jennifer & David.
The stain glass windows of St. Paul's Catholic Church gently filtered the sunshine, filling the peaceful interior with warmth, joy and anticipation.
One by one, the bridesmaids swathed in black walked down the aisle, followed by Jennifer, glowing in white.
As the ceremony proceeded, at the front of the church both sets of parents gently laid a hand on their respective child's shoulder, listening as the priest asked the Holy Father to bless David and Jennifer.
The Camden Valley Inn is located on Remembrance Drive, which is apt, because all the speeches, dancing and frivolity ensured it really was a night to remember.
Wedding photography and wedding videography complement each other.
Couples who choose our services know that wedding photography is vital, but also know that it works hand in hand with wedding cinematography.
Wedding photographs capture a spectacular still, while wedding cinematography captures a scene – the story around the still. It provides a whole picture, a complete memory.
In the image below, you can see the love in Jennifer's eyes. What you can't hear is Jennifer telling David she'll take him for richer or poorer, in a soft, loving voice – a stark contrast to David's stronger, powerful voice.
Additionally, in this image below we see the father of the bride smiling widely, his face awash with pride and joy. Wedding photography captures these moments brilliantly, providing a still, spectacular snapshot of an emotional moment; an image to be gazed upon in the days, weeks and years to come.
What you can't hear, however, is the roar of cheers that spontaneously filled the room right at the very moment the shot was taken. Kevin had said: “As I walked Jennifer down the aisle, I felt the proudest dad in the world. I think you'll all agree that Jennifer looks stunning today in her wedding gown.” Based on the guest's applause, they did! The same laughter erupted when Kevin joked: “David, after living with three women for over thirty years, I now have a man to have a beer and talk about sports with.”
This is why wedding cinematography, coupled with wedding photography provides the most complete memories possible. They are two pieces of a puzzle, without one, the picture is incomplete.
We'd love to film your special day. Here's why Jennifer and David (and so many other couples) choose us. If you'd like to hire our wedding cinematography services as well, please get in touch as soon as possible. We are generally booked out in advance, but would love to film your wedding if we can!
